This project focused heavily on showcasing the original features of the property. The original cornicing and fireplaces are maintained in all rooms, and illuminated picture rails were used to enhance the ceiling details. The scheme in each room reflects the materiality of the existing features, with a dark wall finish used in the main living space in order to allow the new LED features and the green tile fireplace to stand out. A light airy palette was used in the new kitchen, with light timber and marble tile features. A new bathroom design modernizes the space with gold accent details.
